Manufacturing & Quality Capabilities

Novaryn Tech supports industrial centrifugal compressor replacement projects with CNC machining, material testing and inspection, and dynamic balancing.

Our focus is on manufacturing replacement components to agreed technical requirements, with the scope of machining and verification defined for each project.

CNC Machining

CNC machining supports the manufacture of replacement impellers and other industrial compressor components.

This workshop video shows the actual CNC machining process for a 900mm impeller. Component geometry and machining requirements are reviewed according to the technical basis agreed for the project.
