Replacement & Custom Manufacturing
We support replacement impeller projects using available technical information, physical samples or measurement data. The manufacturing route is defined through technical review of the part and its operating requirements.
Existing Technical Data
Drawings, part references and available specifications help establish the replacement requirements and the information needed for production.
Physical Samples
An existing impeller can provide a basis for dimensional measurement and technical assessment, subject to its condition and the project requirements.
Measurement Data
Customer-supplied measurement data can be reviewed to identify the geometry, interfaces and additional information required for manufacture.
Manufacturing Capacity
Impellers up to 1,200 mm in diameter can be machined. Project feasibility is reviewed against the part geometry and technical requirements.
Manufacturing Lead Time
Typical manufacturing lead time is 1–2 months, subject to project requirements and technical confirmation.
Available Materials
Material selection is determined by the process medium, operating conditions, technical specifications and project requirements.
- 17-4PH Stainless Steel
- 15-5PH Stainless Steel
- AISI 304 Stainless Steel
- AISI 316L Stainless Steel
- Duplex Stainless Steel 2205
- 42CrMo Alloy Steel
- 2Cr13 Stainless Steel
- Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Alloy
- 7075 Aluminum Alloy
- Inconel 718
From an existing part to a replacement
Reverse Engineering
Where original drawings are unavailable, reverse engineering can help establish a technical basis for replacement manufacture.
The work begins with measurement and technical review. The manufacturing and verification plan is then agreed around the specific part and project requirements.

Capture the Part
Review the existing component, available records and measurement data.
Define Requirements
Clarify geometry, interfaces and project-specific technical requirements.
Produce the Replacement
Plan and carry out manufacturing using the agreed technical basis.
Check Against the Plan
Complete the agreed dimensional checks and balancing requirements.
Real production footage
CNC Machining
CNC machining supports the manufacture of replacement and custom impellers. The photograph and videos show separate stages and examples of actual workshop production, from machining to part finishing.

These production videos are separate examples. They are not presented as stages of one customer project.
Inspection and verification
Dynamic Balancing & Quality Control
Dimensional inspection and dynamic balancing form part of the technical discussion for each replacement project. Acceptance requirements, applicable standards and documentation are agreed according to the component and project scope.

- Review dimensional and interface requirements.
- Dynamic Balancing: Grade G1 in accordance with ISO 21940-11.
- Balancing requirements and acceptance criteria are determined according to rotor characteristics, operating speed and project specifications. Inspection reports are provided with each shipment.
